In this case you must apply for a proof of residency certificate with electronic chip instead of the ID card with electronic chip and also personal security code BOK. You can apply for that at any district of Foreign police, where you may also request your security code BOK.

Do you already have proof of residency certificate with chip, but you have not received personal security code BOK yet? Please activate it at any district of Foreign police office.
