I do not have residence permit in the Slovak Republic

In this case there is only one option. In order to use your company electronic mailbox, you have to authorize an individual with residence of the Slovak Republic. Please be aware, that this person needs to have an ID card with electronic chip (eventually proof of residency certificate with chip) with activated BOK.
